About Jodi

 

Jodi moved to Florida from Westchester County, New York in 1982 to attend the University of Miami and obtain her Masters Degree in Computer Information Systems and Business. Upon graduating she accepted a position as a Consultant with Arthur Anderson & Company. After two years she decided that she wanted to obtain a position in IT with a local company rather than constantly moving from one client to another. This resulted in Jodi obtaining a position as Director of IT for a dynamic real estate company, Radice Corporation in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Jodi has sold educational and IT solutions to the Fortune 500, and is President of Tropical Precision Lawns which is managed by her husband. Jodi and her husband Robin have been a residents of Boca Raton for 35 years, and all three of their children, Jonathan, Christopher, and Samantha were born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida.

 

Jodi is a REALTOR with Signature Paradise Realty International, LLC, The Signature Real Estate Companies’ boutique luxury division. She is proud to be part of this exceptional real estate team, and takes tremendous pride in being a true “Real Estate Concierge”. Jodi gives 150% to her clients. Nothing makes her day more than helping her clients and assuring they are happy with their real estate choices. She has her CLHMS certification, and has been a recipient of the Shining Star, and Rising Star award within her organization.

Jodi loves all pets and has a rescue horse Reggie, a Bahamian Potcake dog Mako, a pineapple cheek conure named Razzie, and currently her daughter Samantha’s two rescue cats Jack, the one eyed cat and Tigger reside with her. She has branded herself as “Your Pet Lovers Realtor” in Boca Raton, Florida, has a You Tube real estate channel and produces new videos weekly. Jodi is a true believer in “Home is Where Your Pet Is”.

 

Jodi enjoys the south Florida lifestyle immensely. She has had many boats, her favorite was her 30’ sloop (sailboat) “Seeker”. She loves art, cooking, and giving back to those that need help. She is a breast cancer survivor not once but twice and is always available to help a sister in need.
